A little note... we stock our red wines in a climate controlled wine cellar kept at 16 - 18 degrees celcius. This allows the wine to age slowly and gracefully. If you find this too cool for your taste, we suggest you allow it to breathe for 10 minutes or more, this should raise the temperature to your liking
